Aceclofenac

NSAIDs - [ MUSCULO SKELETAL DISORDERS ]

Aceclofenac is an anti-inflammatory drug belonging to the Non steroidal anti-inflammatory group of drugs. It has profound analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity. (1)

Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis and periarthritis of scapulohumerous, lumbago, ischiadynia, pain caused by nonaticular rheutism. (2)

Hypersensitivity to the drug or any constituents of the formulation Patients with asthma. Patients with active peptic ulcer. (2)

Dyspepsia, abdominal pain, nausea Rash, ruber, urticaria, symptoms of enuresis, headache, dizziness, and drowsiness. (2)

Close monitoring of patients on combination with lithium and digoxin, oral antidiabetic agents, anticoagulants, diuretics, and other analgesics. (2)

Safety and efficacy is not established in pediatric patients < 6 years. (2)

Adults: The recommended dose is 200 mg daily, taken as one dose
